It's a 60-minute conversation with your career coach. We'll go through your background, the roles and companies you're targeting, and any preferences (location, company type, industry), then build your Co-Pilot search profile together from the CV and answers you send ahead — no homework beyond the CV you already have, and we'll start on the stories you'll tell in interviews.

Two different doors. On a trial, your first scan runs as soon as you finish setup — same day, no call needed. With a coach, your list usually lands the morning after your kickoff (within two days at the latest), and it comes with the parts a scan can't do: your target roles set together, and your story bank started. After that, scanning runs twice a week — Monday and Thursday — so you get a fresh pipeline continuously. We don't promise a particular interview timeline, but we do make it easier to focus your effort on roles worth pursuing.

You only pay the $100 setup fee until you land a role through Co-Pilot. The 20% success fee is charged after that outcome. Our incentives are aligned — we don't win unless you do.
