It's a 30-minute conversation with your career coach. We'll learn about your background, what kind of roles you're targeting, and any preferences (location, company type, industry). We'll use your LinkedIn profile to build your Co-Pilot search profile right on the call — no prep work needed from your end.
Your first batch of matched roles lands within 48 hours of your kickoff call. The scanner runs weekly, so you get a fresh pipeline every week. Most participants start applying to roles in their first week and see meaningful interview activity within 3–4 weeks.
You only pay the $100 setup fee. The 20% success fee is only charged if you receive and accept a job offer. Our incentives are fully aligned — we don't win unless you do.
