Based on everything you know about this candidate, produce a career search profile summary. Include: 1. **Full name** 2. **Target job titles** — 8-15 specific titles they'd be a good fit for (e.g., Country Manager, Head of Operations, Director of Strategy). Understand the arc of their career. This fills in context the CV doesn't show.
"Walk me through your career — not reading from the CV, just the story. Where did you start, what shaped you, and what brings you to this moment?"
Follow-up probes:
"What was the turning point that made you decide to make a move?"
"What's the work you've done that you're most proud of — the stuff you'd want to lead with?"
"Is there anything in your background you feel gets overlooked or undersold on your CV?"
"What are you moving toward? What does success look like 2-3 years from now?"
Listen for: career thread (what connects the dots), hidden achievements, sector passion, narrative challenges (gaps, pivots)

Pull 4-6 fully-formed STAR stories. The form gave you highlights — now make them interview-ready.
"You mentioned [situation from form]. Tell me more about that. What was actually broken or difficult when you walked in?"
Probe each STAR component:
Situation: "How bad was it? What were the stakes?"
Task: "What was your specific responsibility — what were you personally accountable for?"
Action: "Walk me through exactly what you did. Not the team — you specifically. What decisions did you make?"
Result: "What changed because of what you did? Can we put a number on it?"
Target: 4-6 stories with real specificity. At least one number in every result.

Replaces fabricated stories. Markdown OK.
Tells the prep generator which story to lead with per role type.
Anything else — work auth, geo, long-term arc, dealbreakers in prose.

One per line. Job titles to search for (minimum 2).
Please enter at least 2 title keywords.
One per line. Specific terms unlock specialist sources (Impactpool, 80k Hours, DFI job boards). Recognised terms include: impact, social enterprise, nonprofit, NGO, international development, B Corp, venture capital, impact investing, ESG, tech for good, humanitarian, social impact. If none match, the scan falls back to general sources only.
One per line. Geographies to match.

Companies

One per line. The scanner checks these companies' career pages for roles matching your title keywords. For companies where you want all roles regardless of title, add them to Watchlist instead.
One per line. Excludes roles posted by or at these names — covers both employers to avoid and recruiting agencies sending high-volume irrelevant roles (e.g., Black Pen Recruitment).
One per line. Roles whose location field contains this text will be excluded. Unlike negative keywords, this only checks the location — it won't accidentally block roles that mention the city in their description.
One per line. Hard-drops roles whose title, description, or company name contains this text — use it for whole verticals to avoid, even when the role itself looks relevant (e.g. adult industry, gambling, tobacco).
Roles from these companies appear even without a title keyword match. Important: leave "Only show roles matching..." empty and every role they post will appear — add role patterns to keep results focused.
Career pages for orgs that can't be auto-scanned (custom portals, UN Inspira, World Bank, BrassRing, etc.). These appear as clickable links at the bottom of every scan report.

Role Categories

Categories label roles in scan results so participants can filter by type. Toggle presets or add your own — the scanner assigns each role to the first category whose titles match.

Resume

Paste the participant's resume text. Used as the structured ground truth for application materials (resume evaluations, cover letters, tailored resumes).

Scan Behavior

Company-first: Scans ATS boards for target companies + public boards (default).
Role-first: Skips company ATS boards, scans public job boards only (faster, broader).
Filters roles before scoring. Remote: removes in-person roles. Any: no filter applied (default).
Roles with a confirmed salary below this floor score lower. Salary data is only available from Adzuna and Google for Jobs — other sources are unaffected.
